Cortex
Source-linked memory, revisions and retrieval within Agentz, your Cloud Computer. Nexus governs permitted disclosure.
Memory with its sources and history.
Cortex is the memory capability within Agentz, your Cloud Computer. It preserves source-bound records, revisions and provenance while keeping indexes replaceable and proposed revisions separate from accepted records.
Redundant encrypted storage and tested recovery are intended capabilities. This website does not demonstrate production replication, private cloud computation or a live memory service.
From a record to a permitted view.
Cortex source record → Nexus purpose-bound view → permitted consumer
Nexus governs which context may be disclosed, for what purpose and under which retention and revocation terms. A generated summary does not become an accepted source record automatically.
Accepted records, proposed revisions and a worker’s generated draft keep separate acceptance states. Replacing a worker preserves the accepted source revision and pinned commitment. Expired or revoked access stops new disclosure; a new provider receives no extra permission.

Memory as a concrete Agentz capability
Preserve accepted records; scope retrieval; recover from replica failure; test correction, deletion and export. These features support continuing work across devices and products.
Product ownership and functional coordinates
Cortex belongs within Agentz. Retained L5 reflection and memory contracts keep their technical meaning; this product clarification does not change Rosetta coordinates or wire identifiers.
