What Skyzai is in 60 seconds.
Skyzai is pre-launch. No network, payments, tokens or accounts exist yet.
Two apps are being built: Skyzai Personal for individuals and Skyzai Work for organisations. Apps, agents and machines are designed to connect to both. Neither is available yet.
This site, skyzai.org, is the commons: it explains the design, documents the protocols, and shows what has actually been tested. It sells nothing and offers no account, network, payment, or token.
The organism's design is a constitutional AI system built around one underlying model, P = φ × ν (φ = coherence, ν = viability). The pages under P = φ × ν and Coordination Thesis work through that model in depth; this page does not lead with it.
The Organs
The organism's design runs one cognitive loop across its organs:

- No organ performs another's function. No Logic Monopoly.
- No extraction (η = 0). Fees only on demonstrated value creation.
- Authorization membrane on consequence. Natural Person: own typed private act; Legal Person: lawful external authority plus required executors; public DAV: the signer(s) required by applicable law, the entity's governing instrument, or a valid competent mandate bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt. PRISM records and verifies only; AI and agents stage unsigned proposals only; deterministic execution is limited to that exact consequence.
- Documented Grace Exit. Export permitted data and keys and redeem legitimate property under the relevant contract, including surviving obligations, third-party rights and required retention. The retracted slogan is 'leave with everything.'
- Self-correction mandatory (A7). Named pathologies, named cures.
This Is Not an AI Company
Skyzai coordinates permitted models and services. Cortex's candidate architecture may include evaluated, versioned post-trained adapters. This source design guarantees neither zero training cost nor universal improvement.
