The Three-Stage Process — IS / COULD / SHOULD / ACT

This page describes the constitutional architecture of the organism.

For present-tense maturity, keep three surfaces separate:

Constitutional Separation of Cognitive Functions

The Three-Stage Process is the organism's central nervous pipeline. Four organs, four cognitive functions, zero overlap. Each organ performs exactly one function. This is not a design preference; it is a constitutional invariant. Merge two functions and you get corruption.

Why Separation Is Mandatory

When the observer also decides, perception warps to justify the decision. When the predictor also executes, the prediction becomes manipulation. When the decider also observes, confirmation bias becomes structural.

The Three-Stage Process prevents this by making each transition an explicit, typed, auditable interface.

The Fractal Pattern

The Three-Stage Process repeats at multiple scales:

• TheCircle has real local F1 receipts from public RSS sources and canonical packet emission
• APU has one bounded local proof from canonical packet intake to Skyzai F4 acceptance
• Skyzai's F4 bridge self-boots locally and returns stored decision memory
• RealityFutures remains stronger in code/test than in live outward market proof

So the Three-Stage Process is no longer only a design thesis in code, but it is still not uniformly live across all four organs in public/runtime space.

The Four Interfaces

Each organ-to-organ boundary is a formal API contract:

• F1 — TheCircle emits structured observation packets
• F2 — RealityFutures emits priced uncertainty
• F3 — APU emits unsigned proposals; F4 requires a separate, bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors
• F4 — Skyzai returns execution consequence as new observation material

• F3 — APU emits signed recommendation envelopes

The loop closes. Every execution consequence is supposed to become new observation material for the organism.

What This Means in Practice

A signal can move from:

observation -> priced possibility -> unsigned proposal -> bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors -> deterministic execution

observation -> priced possibility -> recommendation -> signed execution

In current truth, parts of that loop are locally proven while the strongest live outward settlement and broadcast claims remain narrower.

One-Line Truth

The Three-Stage Process is real as a constitutional and increasingly executable pattern, but public/runtime proof still lags behind the full architectural picture.
