Cascade — The Organism's Routing Tissue

Cascade owns genotype/configuration routing: skill leaves, agent genomes, niche assignments, and dispatch schemas. It routes work into the appropriate Rosetta posture and preserves lineage. It does not observe, forecast, deliberate SHOULD, authorize, execute, or settle.

Cascade remains a technical routing substrate, not a competing product home. Agentz owns the intended Cloud Computer, including specialist work, Cortex memory, Nexus connections, redundant storage and unsigned SHOULD compilation. APU owns the person's voice/text interface and can present Agentz's permitted case views. Agentz Cloud belongs to the pre-launch Work control-plane description, not a third buyer package. None of these descriptions proves a deployed cloud runtime or grants action authority.
