PRISM records and verifies that receipt only; it never serves as council, signatory, authority, or receipt producer.
AI and caste seats stage unsigned proposals only; they never authorize or execute a public-DAV consequence. Constitution or membership adoption establishes constitution and membership only; it does not authorize a later consequence. Policy may constrain an unsigned proposal but never authorizes execution or substitutes for the complete consequence-bound receipt.
Before receipt validity, consequence fails closed to read-only proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox; live evidence remains gated_pending_complete_valid_bound_receipt.

SoResFi: Sovereign Resilient Finance
SoResFi is the financial protocol layer of the Skyzai ecosystem. It defines how value is created, stored, transmitted, and governed across all Distributed Augmented Valuechains (DAVs) — see The DAV for what a DAV is and how its capital membrane plugs into the layers below. The architecture is organized into four settlement layers, each building on the one below.
This page describes the constitutional SoResFi design. Read receipt, settlement, and routing language here as target architecture unless a narrower runtime proof has explicitly closed that lane.
L1: Settlement Layer
The base layer. Atomic, deterministic, irreversible.
- Token conservation: Target design: total ZAI across all DAVs would be exactly 100 per organism, but the "forever" invariant is contradicted by the mint path in code (frozen claim until reconciliation complete).
- Receipt finality: Target design: every state change would produce a cryptographic receipt (K0). No receipt, no reality.
- Hedera consensus: Hashgraph provides fair ordering with mathematical finality. No probabilistic settlement.
- Atomic swaps: Cross-DAV transfers either complete fully or revert fully. No partial states.
L2: Credit Layer
Built on L1 settlement. Enables borrowing without money creation.
- Lombard Bridge (target design): Deposit any LP-100 equity token as collateral to borrow SKY from willing lenders. This is credit intermediation, not monetary expansion (frozen claim until reconciliation complete).
- Risk bands: Green / Yellow / Orange / Red / Breach. Each band triggers progressively stricter margin requirements.
- Buy Wall: Protocol-owned liquidity that backstops the Lombard Bridge during liquidation cascades.
- Interest rates: Base rate 5%, scaled by L(x) = x/(1-x). As utilization approaches 100%, borrowing cost approaches infinity.
L3: Equity Layer
The ownership and governance layer. Each DAV issues exactly 100 units of its LP-100 token.
- LP-100 standard: Universal equity format. Skyzai's LP-100 is called ZAI. Other DAVs name their own.
- Rights: Governance (R1), Revenue (R2), Exit (R3), Information (R4).
- Obligations: Staking (O1), Truth (O2), Capital (O3), Conduct (O4).
- Demurrage (target design): Unstaked LP-100 tokens would flow to stakers. This is redistribution, not destruction. Running a SPECTRE node would exempt holders from demurrage (frozen claim until reconciliation complete).
L4: Application and Reinsurance Layer
Where organisms interact with each other and the external world.
- PRISM: The market-making mechanism for LP-100 tokens (Opening Sale, Faucet, Distillation, Order Book, Event Tenders).
- Reinsurance: DAVs can pool risk by depositing LP-100 tokens into shared vaults governed by AXIOM (N:1 convergence primitive).
- Three archetypes: PPO (pure on-chain, 1.0x L4 multiplier), Physical DAV (supply chain, 1.5x), Software Organism (server infrastructure, 1.2x). Declared at genesis, immutable.
- Inter-organism routing: SPECTRE (mesh), RELAY (broadcast), AXIOM (convergence), FLOW (direct).
Layer Interaction
Value flows upward through the stack:
L4 Application / Reinsurance (organisms trade, reinsure, coordinate)
L3 Equity (LP-100 ownership, governance, yield)
L2 Credit (Lombard Bridge borrowing, risk bands)
L1 Settlement (atomic transfers, receipt discipline, conservation)
Each layer depends on the invariants of the layer below. L2 credit cannot exist without L1 settlement finality. L3 equity cannot govern without L2 credit discipline. L4 applications cannot coordinate without L3 equity alignment.
Governing Invariants
All four layers are bound by K1-K9 (the nine kernel invariants). No layer may violate any invariant. The invariants are constitutional -- they admit zero discretion.
Key design constraint: SoResFi has no admin keys, no upgrade proxies, no governance-gated parameter changes on the settlement layer. What ships is what runs. The phi-split (61.8/38.2) is a Nash equilibrium derived from the golden ratio. eta=0 means zero extraction beyond regeneration. These are not parameters. They are constants.
