What ZAI is
ZAI is the conserved capital and collateral inventory in Skyzai’s selected monetary research blueprint. Its proposed stake-state participation remains in development.
ZAI is distinct from SKY, DAV equity, voting rights, pool LP shares and consensus authority. Institutional ownership and distribution rights require their own separately sourced terms; holding model ZAI does not establish them.
Current bounded truth
[D]The selected blueprint counts ZAI once across free wallet balances, wallet stake, loan collateral and pool reserves. The model’s 100-unit normalization is not an adopted issuance denomination or genesis.[C → D]The selected qualifying-stake mechanism redistributes existing ZAI from nonqualifying inventory to eligible stake using declared work weights. It conserves ZAI; it neither mints ZAI nor proves independent outside income. Qualifying loan collateral and pool inventory can count as stake in this model.[D]Production rates, eligibility and work verification, bootstrap, fee compatibility, funded recovery and distributed validity remain open. Model observations do not establish economic safety or a deployed mechanism.[D]This documentation pass creates no public token, custody or title, monetary authority, live settlement or market acceptance. Monetary and network implementation require their own evidence and activation gates.- Future public-DAV monetary-policy changes remain unsigned proposals until the signer(s) required by applicable law, the entity's governing instrument, or a valid competent mandate bind the exact monetary-policy consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt. PRISM records and verifies only; deterministic policy execution is limited to that exact consequence. No current signer, launch gate, or live token mechanism is created by this note.
A custody allocation is exclusive: a pledged unit cannot also be spent, deposited in a pool or pledged again. Stake eligibility can overlay qualifying collateral or pool reserves without adding inventory. A finite sale can leave residual default; recovery and loss rules remain source-owner dependencies.
