The spine

Signal → Forecast → Should → Authorization → Execution → Receipt → Review. A typed contract naming which component owns each stage.

Two laws

Protocol, not service (verified at the edges — a central dispatcher would violate η=0). Tier monotonic-down (the weakest input caps the cycle). A runnable conformance harness checks any exported receipt — including real BIP-340 signature verification, so a forged receipt fails.
