MurMur — personal AI family offices and collective research
Current owner direction — 2026-10-13. MurMur is the proposed product home for personal AI family offices and separately permitted collective research. Agentz can supply scoped agents, connections and retained case memory; APU can present their work. Neither becomes the owner of a person's family-office mandate. See The Product Family.
Status: pre-launch. This page describes target design; this document does not establish a deployed service.
Individual work and collective research have distinct consent and data boundaries. A shared signal would require a separate lawful permission, provenance and privacy review; it cannot silently pool private cases. No operating office, collective service or investment authority is established by this design page.
A bounded personal capital choice
The website case compares a fictional maker-research cost with Nora’s goal, horizon, obligations and protected reserve. An incomplete offer remains unresolved; changed obligations invalidate the current choice while preserving its earlier version. Continue keeps only an unsigned research draft; wait and decline remain available. All amounts are synthetic USD.
Research contribution is separately previewed and permitted. Its minimal fields exclude the personal position. Corrections mark the old contribution stale; withdrawal removes it from the local comparison without removing the personal case. Nothing is sent, aggregated or executed. Reload/reset clears the page; a downloaded copy remains with its recipient. This is no proof of live privacy enforcement or resistance to inference leakage.
Proposed KPIs define population, calculation, period, evidence, accountable role and limits; targets are unset and observations Not recorded. Specialist contracts distinguish inputs, skills, outputs and limits. Permitted owner research gives neither organisations nor machines an automatic treasury role.
Historical median-only substrate proposal — not the current product definition
Aggregate · Noosphere infrastructure — never sold. The geometric median of qualifying advisor vectors. Emergent; N-gated; deliberately last.
Substrate law. Funded by the products above it; rentable by none; η=0 is the copyleft.
What it is
A standing statistic: the geometric median of 100k+ qualifying advisor allocation vectors, published to act on or ignore. No custodian, no AUM, no base-fee-plus-carry — a mathematical phantom.
N-gated
MurMur is an emergent property, not a product to build first. It is real only at scale (N ≈ 100k) and appears on no early rung. 'Do not build first.'
