Current owner direction — 2026-10-13: APU owns the person's voice/text interface, navigation and presentation of permitted sources and the continuing case. Agentz owns the intended durable Cortex memory, Nexus connections and agent work. Menexus owns ensurance, insurance and assurance, not the voice/text interface. Skyzai Personal and Skyzai Work are packages that can expose these products, not substitutes for their owners. See The Product Family.

APU — the Person's Interface

APU presents interaction, bounded intake, source views and reasoning artifacts. It can operate a local librarian over a supplied case view, but Agentz owns the intended retained memory and work context. Agentz compiles unsigned SHOULD proposals. Neither interaction nor reasoning confers signing, authorization, execution or settlement authority. Sources and local tests do not prove the complete voice/text journey or hosted Cloud Computer deployment.

An illustrative consequence spine, not a compulsory route for every request, is:

Cortex record → Nexus permitted view → APU reasoning → Agentz unsigned proposal
→ non-authorizing constraint disposition → external authority → exact execution
→ execution receipt → independently evidenced outcome

Required inputs depend on the consumer contract. Missing required warrant or probability stays unknown; this explanation creates no new schema or runtime migration.

Current classification — 2026-07-25: APU is an open utility adapter/runtime for Agentz. It is not an organ, a SHOULD-NOT function, a buyer package, a SKU, a Person, a signer, an executor, a custodian, a fund, or a live financial advisor. Agentz owns F3 SHOULD compilation; Evolutionary.Network owns the separate SHOULD-NOT/immune function; Cascade owns routing. The only buyer packages are Skyzai Personal and Skyzai Work. APU — Open Utility Adapter for Agentz

APU provides bounded utility/runtime interfaces that Agentz may call while compiling an unsigned proposal. It does not receive authority by being connected to Agentz, and it cannot turn evidence, deliberation, or a local review record into authorization, execution, settlement, or an outcome receipt.

The active route is:

→ exact execution → outcome and review

APU may support the Agentz step. Missing probability or warrant remains UNKNOWN/HOLD; no component imputes 0.5. Current schemas, tests, and previews are pre-launch evidence and do not prove live packet flow or a live advisor.
