APU — Open Utility Adapter for Agentz
APU provides bounded utility/runtime interfaces that Agentz may call while compiling an unsigned proposal. It does not receive authority by being connected to Agentz, and it cannot turn evidence, deliberation, or a local review record into authorization, execution, settlement, or an outcome receipt.
The active route is:

APU is the SHOULD-NOT inoculation surface inside the Agentz organ (apu.bot). Agentz is the F3 (SHOULD) organ of the Skyzai organism — it recommends actions based on the F2 probability stream. APU provides the complementary what-to-avoid signal. Neither pools capital; neither executes. It strictly recommends actions based on the F2 probability stream — it never pools capital and never executes. You bring your own wallet keys and your own AI API keys. The intelligence is crowdsourced and aggregated via the AXIOM N:1 Convergence Engine into emergent structural pillars.
Authority split: a Natural Person authorizes their own typed private act. For a public DAV, at least two natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence in a complete valid receipt; PRISM records and verifies only. AI/caste seats do not sign or authorize.
