The organ capability
Circle is an OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) platform that ingests public information from across the internet and scores it for reliability using a 7-agent cascade and EigenTrust reputation system.
Input: Raw signals — news articles, social media posts, on-chain data, satellite imagery, government filings, patent databases, scientific publications, sensor feeds.
Retained process example: these predecessor implementation labels are not the current Rosetta caste deployment grammar or evidence of a live seven-agent cascade:

Output: Watchman Score (0-100) for each signal. In the target runtime path, these signals become relay-native outputs; today the owning runtime truth is narrower than that full publication claim.
EigenTrust
Circle uses EigenTrust for source reliability scoring. EigenTrust is a distributed reputation algorithm where each source's trust score is computed from the trust scores of sources that vouch for it, recursively until convergence.
Properties:
- Candidate trust scoring under declared source/vouching assumptions; fake-source defenses require a precise threat model.
- Convergence depends on algorithm and numerical assumptions; no finite-iteration guarantee is established here.
- Byzantine/Sybil resistance is not established here: a precise algorithm, trust assumptions, adversary model and supporting evidence are required; no universal one-third bound is claimed.
Adjacent-venture economics — not package topology
The following possibilities belong to the adjacent circle.news venture. They
do not create a third Skyzai package, reactivate World, or make .org a buyer
storefront.
