OFN: Receipt Protocol
Status: pre-launch. This page describes target design; this document does not establish a deployed service.
Current scope: OFN is the separate issuer for economic receipts. It serves authorized economic flows across products; it is neither a LIQUID payment rail nor an eighth Skyzai product owner. The older two-package substrate description is historical. See The Product Family.

What OFN Is In This Map
OFN is intended to issue a typed, replayable receipt for an economic event once its source, applicable authority, execution evidence, and outcome can be checked. Product surfaces such as LIQUID supply event evidence and may display the result; OFN owns the separate issuance boundary. The consequence loop is:
IS -> COULD -> SHOULD -> AUTHORIZE (Natural Person: own private act / Legal Person: lawful external authority plus required executors / public DAV: the signer(s) required by applicable law, the entity's governing instrument, or a valid competent mandate bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt, which PRISM verifies only) -> EXECUTE (deterministic software carries out only that exact bound consequence) -> RECEIPT -> REVIEW
OFN is neither sovereign nor decision maker. Its receipt can help a natural person, DAV/DAC, API Pay, Events, POS, or settlement participant review what happened. A receipt is bounded to its cited evidence and verification state; it cannot replace a missing signature, execution record, or external outcome.
