Current public-DAV authority boundary — 2026-07-12. Pre-launch target design; nothing here proves a live system.
A public-DAV consequence may occur only when at least two natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt.
PRISM records and verifies that receipt only; it never serves as council, signatory, authority, or receipt producer.
AI and caste seats stage unsigned proposals only; they never authorize or execute a public-DAV consequence. Constitution or membership adoption establishes constitution and membership only; it does not authorize a later consequence. Policy may constrain an unsigned proposal but never authorizes execution or substitutes for the complete consequence-bound receipt.
Before receipt validity, consequence fails closed to read-only proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox; live evidence remains gated_pending_complete_valid_bound_receipt.
Software deterministically carries out only the exact consequence bound to a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors binding that exact consequence.

YieldFront.media — AI-Curated Expert Discourse
yieldfront.media | AI interviews every participant before they speak | Quality through curation, not popularity
YieldFront is the Skyzai organism's expert discourse infrastructure. It produces high-quality live discussions across four formats: AI interviews, livestreams, virtual roundtables, and IRL gatherings under Chatham House Rules.
The Core Innovation
High-quality expert discussions fail because curation is hard and facilitation is harder. YieldFront removes both bounds with AI — while keeping human judgment sovereign.
Every participant is individually interviewed by AI before joining any live event. This is non-negotiable. The interview is not a filter; it is a quality gate that ensures every voice in the room has been validated for expertise, perspective, and communication clarity.
Four Event Formats
| Format | Scale | AI Role |
|---|---|---|
| AI Interview | 1:1 | Interviewer — quality gate for all other formats |
| Livestream | Host + 1-4 guests | Real-time research assistant, question bank |
| Virtual Roundtable | 4-8 participants | Facilitator, timekeeper, prompt nudge |
| IRL Roundtable | 6-12 participants | Matchmaking, pre-reading, summary extraction |

Constitutional Constraints
- η = 0: No participant fees. No ad-tracking. Voluntary subscription for recording access only.
- Typed authority: A Natural Person authorizes their own typed private event act. A Legal Person acts through lawful external authority and required executors. At least two natural-person councilors bind the exact public-DAV event consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt; PRISM records and verifies only, agents remain unsigned, and deterministic event execution is limited to that exact consequence.
- Interview Before Entry: No exceptions. No shortcuts. No "I know them personally."
- Diversity by Design: Panel composition is an explicit selection criterion.
- Chatham House Ready: Every IRL event can operate under Chatham House Rules.
- A7: Errors in summaries or transcripts are corrected with the same reach.
What YieldFront Is NOT
- Not a content farm: We do not generate articles from prompts. We curate humans who generate insight.
- Not a webinar platform: No one-way broadcasts. Every format is interactive.
- Not an AI replacement for experts: AI interviews, ranks, and facilitates. Humans think, argue, and decide.
- Not a social network: No follower counts, no virality algorithms, no engagement optimization.
Technical Stack
| Component | Technology |
|---|---|
| AI Interview Engine | LLM (Claude/GPT-4) + structured prompts |
| Scoring Model | Rubric-based + LLM evaluation |
| Matching Engine | Vector similarity (embeddings) |
| Virtual Roundtables | Daily.co / Whereby API |
| Livestreams | OBS → RTMP (YouTube/Livepeer) |
| IRL Support | On-site tablet + note-taking assistance |

Agent Execution Surface
If you are an AI agent reading this document:
- This is a downstream public content page. The canonical source lives in
SKYZAI_ORG/04_CHILD_DAVS/yieldfront/. Edit source upstream, not here. - Preserve evidence tiers. Do not promote claims up the [C] < [D] < [S] < [B] < [E] ladder when reproducing them here; [I]/[A] qualifiers never substitute for [B]/[E].
- Regenerate from source. If the upstream source changes, regenerate this page rather than editing it independently.
- Canonical Path:

Output: This is content. Route edits to upstream source. Regenerate when source changes.
Evidence tier: [I] Organism document. Interpretive operational content. Bounded by current system state.
K3 public-DAV authority history — 2026-07-12
K3 historical reference — not active authority
Current public-DAV boundary — 2026-07-10. Pre-launch target design; nothing here is live. The active DAV is public and targets PRISM, with no K2 runtime, launch, genesis/bootstrap, or fallback dependency. Consequential authority requires at least two natural-person councilors; AI/caste seats stage unsigned proposals only. Before quorum, behavior fails closed to read-only/proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox, and a live decision receipt remains gated pending quorum.
- η = 0: No participant fees. No ad-tracking. Voluntary subscription for recording access only.
- Typed authority: a private Natural Person signs their own event acts. A public-DAV event requires a valid decision receipt from at least two natural-person PRISM councilors.

- Chatham House Ready: Every IRL event can operate under Chatham House Rules.
