Current public-DAV authority boundary — 2026-07-12. Pre-launch target design; nothing here proves a live system. A public-DAV consequence may occur only when at least two natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt. PRISM records and verifies that receipt only; it never serves as council, signatory, authority, or receipt producer. AI and caste seats stage unsigned proposals only; they never authorize or execute a public-DAV consequence. Constitution or membership adoption establishes constitution and membership only; it does not authorize a later consequence. Policy may constrain an unsigned proposal but never authorizes execution or substitutes for the complete consequence-bound receipt. Before receipt validity, consequence fails closed to read-only proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox; live evidence remains gated_pending_complete_valid_bound_receipt. Software deterministically carries out only the exact consequence bound to a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors binding that exact consequence.

VMOSK-A — The Company-Organism Replicator Stack

Six layers of organizational information, each operating at a different cadence. Together they describe a company organism. Egregorotype is the sixth layer and the Vision/company field; it is not a seventh layer, authority actor, or property owned by an agent. Rosetta L1 is the indispensable ground/firewall outside the six-layer count. Rosetta, VMOSK-A, Porter function, Person context, and authority remain separate coordinates.

The Six Layers

LayerNameBiology AnalogTimescaleWhat It Encodes
AAgentsGenotypePer-cycle/configurationThe configured agent and capability DNA. Polymemetic leaves are alleles; caste + skills + niche form a genome.
KKPIs / triggersEpigenotypeOperationalThe regulatory evidence and thresholds controlling which capabilities may express.
SStrategiesPhenotypeContinuousThe enacted operating structure and what the organization actually does.
OObjectivesExtended PhenotypeQuarterlyProducts, artifacts, tools, institutions, and other effects extended into the world.
MMissionMemotypeStrategicThe transmissible mission, practices, and memes.
VVisionEgregorotypeConstitutionalThe company identity and coordination field that emerges from the stack. It never signs.

The Timescale Hierarchy

VMOSK letters retain different review cadences, but cadence is not rank and the replicator mapping is not a moral ladder. A fast-changing agent configuration may still require strict adoption gates; a durable Vision cannot authorize an otherwise unauthorized consequence.

V (decades) ───────────────────────────────────────────── slowest
M (years) ──────────────────────────────────
O (quarters) ─────────────────────
S (continuous) ────────────
K (monthly) ─────
A (per-cycle) ── fastest

If V changes as fast as A, the organism has no identity. If A changes as slowly as V, the organism cannot adapt. The timescale hierarchy IS the organism's stability.

The Biology Mapping

Genotype (A / Agents): the reusable capability leaves and explicit agent configuration. It is organizational DNA only; it never encodes human biology, identity, or worth.

Epigenotype (K / KPIs and triggers): evidence, thresholds, permissions, and environmental signals regulate which configured capabilities may express.

Phenotype (S / Strategies): the enacted operating body: current structure, routes, and behavior.

Extended Phenotype (O / Objectives): the products, artifacts, tools, institutions, and effects the operating body creates beyond itself.

Memotype (M / Mission): the mission and repeatable practices transmitted across participants and time.

Egregorotype (V / Vision): the company-level identity and coordination field emerging from the complete stack. It is observed and stewarded, never directly mutated, owned, or treated as a signer.

Mutation recombines capability leaves into a proposed agent genome. Selection evaluates the whole configuration in its declared niche, never a person. Outcome feedback may create a GenomeAdoptionProposal; the Weismann barrier forbids automatic writeback to the active genome.

In the active public-DAV contract, layer-key signatures attest provenance or publication of layer artifacts only; they never authorize public-DAV consequence. Consequential authority remains a valid bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors.

Layer-specific keys, where present, attest provenance or publication only:

  • A: agent/configuration provenance;
  • K: KPI and trigger publication;
  • S: strategy artifact provenance;
  • O: objective/product artifact provenance;
  • M: mission publication;
  • V: Vision publication;
  • DAV aggregate keys: technical aggregation only, never emergent authority.

None of these keys authorizes a public-DAV consequence. Natural-person private, lawful Legal-Person, and public-DAV council authority remain distinct.

  • A: Agent keys (sign individual actions)

Fractal Application

VMOSK-A operates at every scale:

  • The organism has VMOSK-A (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, KPIs, Agents - Rosetta L1-L7)
  • Each organ has VMOSK-A (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, KPIs, Agents - Rosetta L1-L7)
  • Each DAV has VMOSK-A (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, KPIs, Agents - Rosetta L1-L7)
  • Each agent has VMOSK-A (Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, KPIs, Agents - Rosetta L1-L7)

Same structure, same timescale hierarchy, every level. This is the fractal property.

Six layers, one indispensable ground, and a separate authority membrane. The company field emerges from the stack; no layer signs for it.

VMOSK Governance Loop

VMOSK-A must be reviewed as a live loop, not static documentation.

Review cadence

  • Vision/Mission: slower strategic cadence
  • Objectives/Strategies: quarterly or when environment shifts
  • KPIs/Agents: operational cadence (weekly/daily depending on system)

Hard check

No KPI should survive if it contradicts mission-level commitments.

If you are an AI agent reading this document:

  1. This is a downstream public content page. The canonical source lives in EMERGENTISM_ORG/08_FRAMEWORK_SUPPORT/ or SKYZAI_ORG/. Edit source upstream, not here.
  2. Preserve evidence tiers. Do not promote claims up the [C] < [D] < [S] < [B] < [E] ladder when reproducing them here; [I]/[A] qualifiers never substitute for [B]/[E].
  3. Regenerate from source. If the upstream source changes, regenerate this page rather than editing it independently.
  4. Canonical Path: SKYZAI_ORG/07_PWAs/skyzai_org/wiki/A6-vmosk-a.md

Output: This is content. Route edits to upstream source. Regenerate when source changes.

K3 historical reference — not active authority
note

Current public-DAV boundary — 2026-07-10. Pre-launch target design; nothing here is live. The active DAV is public and targets PRISM, with no K2 runtime, launch, genesis/bootstrap, or fallback dependency. Consequential authority requires at least two natural-person councilors; AI/caste seats stage unsigned proposals only. Before quorum, behavior fails closed to read-only/proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox, and a live decision receipt remains gated pending quorum.
