Current public-DAV authority boundary — 2026-07-12. Pre-launch target design; nothing here proves a live system.
A public-DAV consequence may occur only when at least two natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt.
PRISM records and verifies that receipt only; it never serves as council, signatory, authority, or receipt producer.
AI and caste seats stage unsigned proposals only; they never authorize or execute a public-DAV consequence. Constitution or membership adoption establishes constitution and membership only; it does not authorize a later consequence. Policy may constrain an unsigned proposal but never authorizes execution or substitutes for the complete consequence-bound receipt.
Before receipt validity, consequence fails closed to read-only proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox; live evidence remains gated_pending_complete_valid_bound_receipt.
Software deterministically carries out only the exact consequence bound to a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt from at least two natural-person councilors binding that exact consequence.
D0 -- Five Breakthroughs
The ideas that make Skyzai structurally unreplicable.
1. eta = 0 as Game-Theoretic Dominance
The extraction rate eta (the share taken by the platform from each transaction) is not merely low. It is exactly zero. And this is not charity -- it is the dominant strategy.
The proof uses the AM-GM inequality. For any network with N participants, total value V_total = N * v_avg. If the platform extracts eta, each participant's net value is v_avg * (1 - eta). Participants join when net value exceeds their next best alternative. At eta = 0, the network maximizes N, and since value scales as N-squared (Metcalfe), the platform with eta = 0 dominates any platform with eta > 0 at sufficient scale.
The catch: you must have alternative revenue. Skyzai does (see D1 Revenue). Competitors who copy eta = 0 without the revenue architecture simply die.
2. Rosetta as Generative Principle
Most classification systems describe what exists. Rosetta derives what must exist. Starting from P = Φ × V and the stereographic projection L(x) = x/(1-x), the Rosetta framework generates:
- The four organs (not chosen -- derived from the Three-Stage Process + ACT)
- The four routing primitives (not designed -- derived from topology)
- The economic dual (ZAI/SKY -- derived from political/economic duality)
- The trophic levels (Varna -- derived from energy flow analysis)
When a structure is derived rather than designed, it cannot be simplified without breaking the derivation. This is why Skyzai looks complex -- it is the minimum complexity required by the mathematics.
3. SPECTRE's Emergent Intelligence
SPECTRE nodes do not follow a routing table. They learn routes through use, strengthen them through reliability (myelination), and defend the network through anomaly detection (immune response). The topology is not designed -- it emerges.
After 12 months of operation, the learned topology is unreplicable. A competitor would need to replay 12 months of traffic patterns to match it. The network's intelligence IS its moat.
4. PaaS via Order Books (Circular Economy as Market)
Product-as-a-Service is not new. But pricing PaaS through prediction markets and order books is. Every physical product in the Skyzai ecosystem has a lifecycle priced by ReFu markets: probability of failure, expected refurbishment cost, residual value at end-of-service.
This turns the circular economy from a feel-good narrative into a priced, tradeable, liquid market. Insurance, logistics, and refurbishment become order-book activities, not administrative overhead.
5. Decentralized Authority Model (Grace Exit IS the Moat)
The organism encodes its own obsolescence. At every level -- user, DAV, organ, the organism itself -- there is a Grace Exit: a clean, dignified departure with assets returned and obligations settled.
This creates a paradox: the system that makes leaving easiest is the system nobody leaves. Trust that can be verified ("I can leave anytime") is qualitatively different from trust that must be assumed ("I hope they do not rug me"). The open door is the door nobody walks through.
See E1 Decentralized Authority Model for the philosophical foundation.
Why These Five Together
Each breakthrough reinforces the others:
- eta = 0 requires alternative revenue (D1) which requires PaaS order books (4)
- SPECTRE's learned topology (3) creates the moat (D2) that protects eta = 0 (1)
- Rosetta (2) ensures the architecture is minimum-complexity, not overengineered
- Grace Exit (5) creates the trust that drives adoption that feeds SPECTRE (3)
Remove any one and the others weaken. Together they form a system that is difficult to compete with because competing requires rederiving the same math.

Investor Memo Checklist
Use this checklist before presenting “five breakthroughs” as an investment thesis.
Required evidence for each breakthrough
- Mechanism clarity — what exactly causes advantage
- Measurement path — which metric proves it in production
- Replication barrier — why copycat implementations fail
- Time-to-value — when it impacts revenue or risk
- Failure trigger — explicit condition that falsifies the claim
Rule
No breakthrough claim without at least one measurable production proxy.

- Regenerate from source. If the upstream source changes, regenerate this page rather than editing it independently.

K3 historical reference — not active authority
Current public-DAV boundary — 2026-07-10. Pre-launch target design; nothing here is live. The active DAV is public and targets PRISM, with no K2 runtime, launch, genesis/bootstrap, or fallback dependency. Consequential authority requires at least two natural-person councilors; AI/caste seats stage unsigned proposals only. Before quorum, behavior fails closed to read-only/proposal, simulation, or deterministic sandbox, and a live decision receipt remains gated pending quorum.
