A public-DAV consequence may occur only when at least two natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt. PRISM records and verifies that receipt only; it never serves as council, signatory, authority, or receipt producer. AI and caste seats stage unsigned proposals only; they never authorize or execute a public-DAV consequence. Verification status: local non-network checks ran in this checkout on 2026-05-09. A live first chain run still requires a provider API key and should be verified by the operator before this page is promoted as fully green.

Private-DAV Reference Commands (Legacy Compatibility)

The k2_inbox.py names below are legacy private-DAV code identifiers and read-only compatibility checks. They are not a current public-DAV runtime, adapter, or authority path.

The Skyzai pipeline reads keys from environment variables through pipeline/config.py:
