Skyzai Nexus

Status: pre-launch. This page describes target design; this document does not establish a deployed service.

Current scope: Nexus is the purpose-scoped connection capability within Agentz. Skyzai Personal and Skyzai Work are package routes, not owners of a separate Nexus SKU. See The Product Family.

Nexus connects parties through a disclosed view whose purpose, provenance, expiry, and revocation are explicit. It does not own identity, raw Cortex memory, authority, or insurance coverage. APU can display a permitted view; Menexus may consume case context for its separate ensurance, insurance, and assurance product. A source route or legacy catalog URL is not evidence of a deployed service.

What Skyzai Nexus Is

The personal sovereign API for individuals. Nexus is the B2C declarative surface where a natural person holds identity, preferences, receipts, permissions, signing acts, and app-side state.

Six replicator layers under one Nostr keypair (Genotype → Epigenotype → Phenotype → Extended Phenotype → Memotype → Egregorotype). The Natural Person remains the principal for their own private Nexus acts. K4 Grace Exit always one export away.

What It Is Not

• Not a bank, custodian, or regulated financial service — Nexus does not custody money
• Not a medical, legal, or financial-advice provider
• Not an identity-provider (KYC/KYB Hooks routes that, separately)
• Organism-level public-DAV consequence is council-bound: the signer(s) required by applicable law, the entity's governing instrument, or a valid competent mandate bind the exact consequence in a complete valid bound PRISM decision receipt; PRISM records and verifies only. The user's personal sovereignty over their own Nexus and their own typed private acts is preserved by K3 and is not delegable
