The intelligence loop

IS TheCircle produces source-pinned observations. COULD RealityFutures produces typed forecasts. SHOULD Agentz compiles an unsigned DecisionDocket and ProposalEnvelope. SHOULD-NOT EvolutionaryNetwork may refuse, quarantine, or request repair.

Agentz is the compiler, not the router or signer

Agentz owns F3 deliberation. Cascade is the separate genotype and skill-routing substrate underneath it. APU is the open utility adapter for the Agentz engine. Neither Cascade nor APU is a second organ, a commercial package, or an authority.

The Rosetta rows are a trainable work vocabulary used inside each niche. They are not hereditary human classes, corporate ranks, or statutory board seats. The virtual C-suite may analyze, dissent, and stage; it cannot vote, sign, allocate capital, or bind a Person.

Authority remains external to the compiler

A natural principal may sign their own private act. A public-DAV consequence requires a complete valid decision receipt in which at least two eligible natural-person councilors bind the exact consequence. PRISM records and verifies that receipt; it never signs, votes, serves as a councilor, or invents a mandate.

Two packages only

Agentz Cloud is a pre-launch developer/operator control plane included with Skyzai Work. The open APU utility and Cascade skill routes are infrastructure faces. The only buyer package names are Skyzai Personal and Skyzai Work; see skyzai.com for package routing and the wiki for source detail.
