Eight steps
How Skyzai works.
Follow one question from sources to alternatives, a proposal and a decision. Each product contributes a distinct part without losing the work that came before.

Start with the question, not an answer.
In Me, a person sets the need, budget and permitted context through APU. Agentz keeps the work together; Circle can bring attributed sources, disagreements and missing evidence into view.

The team is comparing approaches. The proposal remains unsigned and nothing has been commissioned.
Me is the individual setting personal controls; We is the shared organisation making commitments; They presents machine intelligence contributing through protocols and key-controlled agent accounts within the shared Marketsphere. Compute, storage and mesh networks support permitted work. Each task uses only the capabilities it needs.
The company loop, step by step
Skyzai is being designed as a DAC accelerator. A DAC has legal-person status only where its actual registration in an identified national jurisdiction is evidenced. Registration and an agent’s mandate are separate: a company account, token or agent identity does not authorise an action. Skyzai would help a product’s owners carry it from upload, to verification, to trading, along the loop below. Skyzai has not accelerated a DAC yet, and there is no programme to apply to.

- Upload
The maker brings product data through APU.
APU is the interface for a maker to present specifications, drawings and parts lists for one product version. In the first design, only that product’s maker supplies its source data. APU does not certify the claims or own the market listing.
- Distil
Agentz prepares a draft twin for maker review.
Through permitted tools, Agentz can prepare a draft record of one exact product version from the maker’s data. It ties each claim to a source, marks unknowns and does not invent missing specifications. The maker must review and adopt the draft before it can describe the maker’s product. LIQUID may later reference that adopted version for an eligible offer; a twin alone proves neither condition nor ownership.
- Organise
Agentz coordinates the work and its record.
Agentz keeps proposed work and its status in order. Cortex retains accepted records with their sources, revisions and corrections; Nexus provides purpose-limited context views. A memory record is not a work order, and permission to read it is not permission to act for its owner. Agentz can prepare work for review, but no AI signs, approves or decides for a person.
- What is known
Circle gathers what is known.
Circle shows who said what, from which source, and where the sources disagree. Each claim stays visible with its source, disagreements included, and new evidence can change an assessment. Circle never predicts.
- What could happen
RealityFutures (ReFu) explores what could happen.
RealityFutures compares scenarios and uncertainty-bearing forecasts, each with its sources, assumptions and limitations.
- What should be done
Agentz proposes.
Agentz prepares a proposal: the work, who could do it, a budget ceiling and how to judge the result. You can inspect, change or decline it, and it stays unsigned. Before anyone decides, Evolutionary.Network, the loop’s guardian, can flag a harmful pattern for the owners to weigh; it never signs and never decides in the owners’ place.
- Sign
Owners sign.
AI prepares proposals and never signs them. For your own affairs, you decide. For a decision that binds a venture, the exact action needs the signer or signers, threshold and procedure required by applicable law, its governing instrument or a valid competent mandate. A checker called PRISM verifies that authority record before anything runs. PRISM itself cannot approve. When the owner is a company, it signs through the people it has named to act for it; holding a share in it does not by itself let anyone sign. A proposal that nobody refused is still not approved.

LIQUID would present eligible offers under market rules.
This product example uses exact-version maker offers. LIQUID’s wider proposed scope also includes separately qualified organisation, equity and bond markets; each market needs its own eligibility and terms. LIQUID owns the proposed exchange, orders, liquidity and application-level settlement functions. The organisation in We retains governance, issuance and investor obligations; They supplies the SPECTRE and monetary Layer 1 protocol stack, including SKY/ZAI mechanics. A single unit, with its own serial number and condition, would be offered separately; a shared book is only for goods independently classed as interchangeable. This local product example has no automated market maker or live DEX, Skyzai never trades against anyone, and no shown price claims to be fair. A completed trade would need distinct evidence of agreement, payment, settlement and delivery. OFN would issue the economic receipt; permitted records could return to Agentz memory through Cortex. New evidence leads to a new proposal, never a silent rewrite of what was agreed.

Emergentism is the thinking behind Skyzai, and it aligns the loop for extropy: its word for opening up the range of futures people can reach. It is a worldview about becoming more capable together without becoming less free. It is not the Extropian movement and not a source of authority, and you do not need to adopt it. See work as a changing whole
Skyzai is exploring scoped, time-aware read views over source-owned records: an overview that can be inspected down to its sources, changes, assumptions and disagreements. A view is not a second source of truth or a command surface; it reads records such as a product’s twin and never replaces them. This is a design proposal, not an integrated live feature.
Circle observations, RealityFutures possibilities, Agentz proposals, recorded effects and independently evaluated outcomes stay visibly distinct. Missing data remains unknown; a compelling picture must not conceal omissions or turn private work into a public feed.

Individuals, organisations and machine intelligence

Compute, storage and mesh networks support permitted work. The seven products contribute their own capabilities, with Agentz as your Cloud Computer and APU as the interface.
A DAV or DAC is presented as a legal person only where actual registration in an identified national jurisdiction is evidenced. An individual may manage an organisational account or operate an agent through an explicit role or delegation. Agent identity, node operation and access to a workspace confer neither legal personhood nor signing authority.
