Start with what matters to you
Me is the individual: your intelligence, relationships and controls. We is the shared organisation: work, markets, ownership and financing through which its participants create and sustain value. They presents machine intelligence participating alongside individuals and organisations in the shared Marketsphere. Agents participate through protocols and key-controlled accounts; Spectre, SKY/ZAI and reusable interfaces are proposed means for that participation. Compute, storage, workers, nodes and mesh networks support permitted work.
A DAV or DAC is a legal person only where registration in an identified national jurisdiction is evidenced. An individual can represent that organisation or operate agents within the permissions granted. Neither the organisation’s name nor an agent identity supplies authority by itself.
Individuals, organisations and markets
An individual develops capabilities. An organisation combines capabilities through shared commitments and value chains. Markets connect independent participants across organisational boundaries, allowing an outcome to emerge without anyone directing the whole undertaking.
Machine intelligence can participate at each scale. The Marketsphere is the wider field of needs, offers, contributions, claims, obligations and fulfilment. Skyzai aims to help participants meet needs and renew the capabilities that make continued contribution possible.
The vision is the emergent Marketsphere. The mission is to develop SPECTRE as an open operating system for the Marketsphere, with proposed networks, protocols and incentives that help participants connect and contribute. Objectives describe distinct outcomes for individuals in Me, organisations in We and machine intelligence in They. The seven products are strategies, each with proposed KPIs and its retained Rosetta Agent Row. This direction still needs implementation and evidence of useful outcomes.
Continuity without one endless conversation
APU is being designed as the human-facing voice and text interface, so a conversation can stay short while useful memory lasts. A focused note provides context. When its purpose is unclear, APU would ask before adding detail. Keeping knowledge should not mean keeping every passing remark.
Cortex preserves records and their provenance; Nexus governs disclosure. The distinction lets memory stay useful without treating everything remembered as available to everyone.
apu.bot presents the conversation and controls; specialist reasoning and accepted memory belong within Agentz.
APU is the interface; Agentz owns Cortex memory, Nexus connections and specialist coordination. Current product direction is distinct from the retained technical contracts and from live availability.
Specialised tools, shared foundations
apu.bot, Circle, ReFu, Agentz, Menexus, LIQUID and MurMur have different jobs. Skyzai Markets is the proposed agent-first commerce experience. These designs share identity, permission and network foundations, while Distributed Finance retains its separate financial responsibilities.
