The Marketsphere · Outcomes

Useful to you. Useful together.

Start with what should improve for a participant. Then identify the product capabilities, records and responsibilities needed to support that outcome.

Start with the outcome

Me follows personal capabilities and relationships. We follows an organisation’s primary value chain. They follows products, their upstream and downstream dependencies and their working lives. A product can have a twin without an agent. Continuity and choice support all three perspectives.

They: remain identifiable and useful

Keep a product’s configuration, dependencies, service history and downstream relationships traceable through its working life.

Supporting methods and responsibility

Cross-product methods: Useful product knowledge, Scoped intelligent assistance, Continuity through records and interfaces. These methods connect the seven product strategies.

Required, unappointed: Product maintainer, qualified service provider and authorised agent where applicable.

How would we measure this outcome?

Seven products. Seven strategies.

Each product contributes a different capability and keeps its own Vision, Mission, Objectives, Strategies, KPIs and Agents. The contributions below describe their intended roles; they do not establish that all seven are connected and operating together.

Meet the app family. Markets connects the participants; SPECTRE supplies proposed protocols; OFN remains an independent standard.

Four methods that connect the products

These are cross-product methods, not four additional products or replacements for the seven strategies. The links above show which methods support each outcome.

S1 · Useful product knowledge

Begin with versioned specifications, dependencies, provenance and corrections. Product twins, APU’s stored outline, Circle’s attributed sources and Agentz context each contribute. A missing compatibility fact stays unknown until the relevant evidence is supplied.

S2 · Explicit offers and commitments

Markets and LIQUID connect comparable product and service offers to permitted ordering. Cortex preserves their evidence and history; shared Nexus permissions scope who may read it. A complete offer includes delivery and continuing obligations; a price match alone does not establish fulfilment.

S3 · Scoped intelligent assistance

Agentz owns conversation and contextual assistance; Cortex supports permissioned memory. Circle supplies attributed comparisons, ReFu explores uncertainty and MurMur provides optional financial research. A proposed action still needs the appropriate permission.

S4 · Continuity through records and interfaces

Preserve sources, promises, execution and outcomes as distinct records. Independent OFN, shared interfaces and qualified SPECTRE capabilities support correction and portability. Carry the exact product revision and accepted terms forward instead of silently replacing their history.

Keep responsibilities clear

APU is the manual stored outline. Agentz owns conversation; Cortex supports permissioned memory. Useful notes can be saved according to the person’s chosen policy; a conversation does not make everything discussed public. Conversation, retention and publication are separate decisions.

Nexus scopes context disclosure across Skyzai, with Connect as grant issuer. Cortex holds source-linked memory; Menexus remains the company and the separate home for later assurance and insurance work. PRISM remains within LIQUID. Product names are not people, appointments or spending mandates.
