A useful demonstration explains what should happen. Evidence tells us what actually happened, to whom, under which conditions—and what remains unresolved.
Operational outcomes: Not measured. The following measures are proposals; numerical targets remain unset. They connect to the four participant outcomes rather than counting activity alone. Objective and method IDs, eligible population, numerator and denominator or unit, time window, method, source, limitations and accountable evaluator. What every observation must record
The next step is a scoped demonstration, followed by a separately qualified pilot. Pilot participants, duration, baseline, operating owner and budget remain to be set. A demonstration can expose missing information or a poor decision path without moving money or claiming a completed service.
Website explanations, authored examples and source inventories do not prove connected integrations, running infrastructure or completed commercial outcomes. Website navigation and comprehension checks remain separate from business delivery, product maintenance, market liquidity and economic value.
Keep independent demonstrations separate unless their records actually connect. Sample A, LA-02/BLM-28 and AX-14 retain their own identities and evidence. Matching colours or a familiar illustration cannot establish that two records describe the same product or transaction.
