The defining ambition is a marketplace designed for agents to source work, capabilities, equipment and upstream supply on behalf of people and organisations. An agent represents a principal within a defined scope. It is not the principal, seller or source of spending authority.

A useful context store would retain permitted source records, operating procedures, preferences and corrections so the buyer does not repeat everything each time. Cortex preserves source-linked memory; Nexus governs purpose-limited access. Neither turns remembered context into authority.
Circle can contribute sourced observations, RealityFutures can explore uncertain outcomes and Agentz can prepare a proposal. Their outputs retain their different meanings. The buyer may also designate an independently chosen agent.
An identified offer names the exact product or service version, specification, available quantity or capacity, price or usage formula, validity, delivery conditions and service commitments.
The maker defines the product. The seller, fulfiller and XaaS provider may be different parties; each role must be visible.
A capped bid names the required specification, quantity or usage unit, maximum price, context, service conditions and time horizon. The bid does not relax missing compatibility or service evidence.
Compare only the appropriate specification and terms. A lower price with unknown fit is still an unresolved offer.
LIQUID is the intended shared exchange application for maker asks and buyer bids. Marketplace, POS and work orders use shared tools; they do not create a new buyer package or collapse commerce and finance into one obligation.

The draft retains the need and exact product, maker-offer and XaaS versions. Changing the brief afterwards does not silently rewrite it. An attached Nudge tag remains an attribution candidate; it creates no retained sale or payable commission.
Technical compatibility, stock, delivery and real service qualification are unresolved. The displayed draft is conditional on their clarification and makes no provider, seller, order or payment request.
The proposed sale ledger
The owner proposes a platform fee on consumer sales, with a physical-item base excluding shipping. Catalogue scope includes B2B supply too, but its exact fee incidence is open. No automatic fee is selected for wallet top-ups, internal record hops, bank transfers or off-platform transactions.
Digital services follow usage pricing. An asset, lease, outcome or physical usage offer needs its own explicit terms. A known item amount is not a complete payable total when other required amounts are unknown.
The recognized principal mandate binds the exact action, amount and expiry.
Preserve exact offer, service, campaign, tag and accepted attribution-policy versions.
Separate delivery, service evidence, acceptance, cancellation, return and dispute records.
Only an eligible retained sale may enter Nudge allocation under its campaign policy.
Each state needs its own responsible party and evidence. A match, model response or website receipt cannot substitute for it.
Later product or campaign changes must not rewrite the order’s pinned history. Duplicated events, reversals and refunds need explicit accounting. The service provider remains accountable for its accepted commitments.
