An agent should understand the buyer’s objective, constraints and permissions before proposing a purchase. Exact offers, service terms and unknowns belong in the same decision.
The proposed buying sequence
1
A principal defines the need
Objective, budget, context, disclosure limits and allowed actions.
2
An agent compares exact offers
Fit, evidence, costs and matching Skyzai XaaS.
3
An unsigned proposal
Pinned versions, known costs, expiry and unresolved conditions.
4
Acceptance and delivery
Separate authority, seller commitment and execution evidence.
The local walkthrough reaches a conditional draft. It does not submit an order.
Nora wants to restore a workshop robot. The workshop defines the required part, budget and purchasing policy; a procurement agent compares the evidence. Follow their shared case through success, rejected terms, failed delivery, a failed check, partial acceptance or a deferred decision. Every exception retains its obligation and evidence.
Fictional local demonstration
Workcell 17 · Case revision 1
A distinct fictional AX-14 revision C has documented fit in this fixture. Follow review, delivery, acceptance and payment. Starting an example replaces the current local simulation.
Understand the need. Keep control.
Nora checks the maintenance source, shares only the equipment context and reviews what is proposed. A conversation can close while an explicitly accepted commitment keeps its own record.
Useful work has its own resource account
Compare the exact actuator records, stage a proposal, and inspect what was used. Model weights, the running instance, the technical account and the robot are different things. Copying weights copies none of their grants, commitments or resources.
WORKSHOP-DEMO · software worker, not the robot ROBOT-CELL17-01

Allowed context / actions
Equipment, manual and exact offer only; no contacts or unrelated records. read, compare, clarify, stage_unsigned_proposal. No signing or authorisation.
Execution cap
500 synthetic units / USD 1.00. Separate from goods cap USD 300.00.
Recorded resource usage / billing
0 synthetic units · USD 0.00 due in fixture · not paid
Contribution review
not reviewed. A worker log cannot approve its own result or payment.
Illustrative rate: USD 0.20 per 100 synthetic units. These are fixed teaching values, not provider pricing or measured inference. Compute, storage, energy, connectivity and maintenance require their own qualified providers and service conditions.
Rejecting a goods quote leaves authorised compute usage billable. The goods agreement, customer acceptance and settlement stay separate. Nothing in this simulation pays either bill.
An approved fictional resource policy permits routine read/compare/draft operations within these limits, without a fresh human screen each time. It supplies no purchasing authority.
Resource policy, recovery and replacement checks
The fictional principal’s policy PRINCIPAL-RESOURCE-POLICY-1-demo permits routine bounded work without a fresh human screen for each operation. A stale or revoked task grant blocks future work. Supplier and principal obligations already recorded are preserved.
Replacement changes the model, worker instance and provider under the same technical account and explicit grant. A new key or account would require its own grant; no key custody or account migration is demonstrated.
Task
Passed the fictional offer-reading fixture; no operating benchmark.
Cost
Same USD 0.20 per 100 synthetic units; total run cap USD 1.00.

Security

Fictional all-in quotation: one actuator, shipping and a synthetic tax amount. No platform fee or recurring service is selected. These are fixture terms, not Skyzai fee or tax policy.
This fixture pays only after delivery, successful inspection and explicit acceptance. Other contracts can require another sequence.
Duplicate event identities and stale page revisions do not add effects. This demonstrates local bookkeeping, not a production retry or payment service.
Try a change without losing the case
Replace the reading agent without changing the grant. Change a price or spending limit to see why a new proposal and authorisation are needed. A correction preserves the historical agreement and changes what can happen next.

All identities, evidence, agreements and payments here are fictional. Nothing is submitted or issued; no money moves. State lives only in this page and resets on reload. No OFN receipts are issued.
The existing LA-02 product twin and BLM-28 compatibility correction remain uncertain examples. The successful path uses a separate fictional AX-14 candidate with synthetic evidence. It does not qualify either existing product.
Give the agent a bounded brief
The defining ambition is a marketplace designed for agents to source work, capabilities, equipment and upstream supply on behalf of people and organisations. An agent represents a principal within a defined scope. It is not the principal, seller or source of spending authority.
Context that makes comparison meaningful
Record or decision
What it needs to say
Outcome and constraints
What useful work should happen; required interfaces, performance, safety context and facts that remain unknown.
Budget and horizon
Quantity or usage ceiling, maximum spend, geography, operating context and needed-by date.
Disclosure
Which information may be used or shared, with whom and for what purpose.
Allowed actions
Read, compare, ask for clarification and stage a proposal. Any purchasing mandate is separately owned, limited, expiring and revocable.
A useful context store would retain permitted source records, operating procedures, preferences and corrections so the buyer does not repeat everything each time. Cortex preserves source-linked memory; Nexus governs purpose-limited access. Neither turns remembered context into authority.
Circle can contribute sourced observations, RealityFutures can explore uncertain outcomes and Agentz can prepare a proposal. Their outputs retain their different meanings. The buyer may also designate an independently chosen agent.
Asks and bids describe commitments
The verified product maker asks
An identified offer names the exact product or service version, specification, available quantity or capacity, price or usage formula, validity, delivery conditions and service commitments.
Only verified product makers would list products; retailers cannot list resale offers. The contractual seller and fulfilment/service partners must still be identified. A partner role does not replace the maker’s direct commitments.
The buyer sets a cap
A capped bid names the required specification, quantity or usage unit, maximum price, context, service conditions and time horizon. The bid does not relax missing compatibility or service evidence.
Compare only the appropriate specification and terms. A lower price with unknown fit is still an unresolved offer.
LIQUID is the intended shared exchange application for maker asks and buyer bids. Marketplace, POS and work orders use shared tools; they do not create a new buyer package or collapse commerce and finance into one obligation.
Try the local buyer walkthrough
Set a workshop need, compare the fictional offers and stage a conditional unsigned draft. The actuator, brushless motor, compute and energy examples illustrate record structure. They are not available stock or real supplier quotes.

All names, prices, providers and service terms are invented for this local demo. “Sample terms shaped” only checks that example fields are present; no real XAAS provider, accepted terms, stock, compatibility, capacity or buyer context is verified.
The draft retains the need and exact product, maker-offer and XaaS versions. Changing the brief afterwards does not silently rewrite it. An attached Nudge tag remains an attribution candidate; it creates no retained sale or payable commission.
Technical compatibility, stock, delivery and real service qualification are unresolved. The displayed draft is conditional on their clarification and makes no provider, seller, order or payment request.

Campaign-defined allocation
The intended commission applies only to completed sales through Skyzai’s systems; makers remain free to sell elsewhere without it. The physical-item proposal excludes shipping. Completion, refunds, rates, bases and B2B incidence need defined terms and fee-policy reconciliation. Wallet top-ups, internal record hops and bank transfers are not sales.
Digital services follow usage pricing. An asset, lease, outcome or physical usage offer needs its own explicit terms. A known item amount is not a complete payable total when other required amounts are unknown.
A match is the start of a lifecycle
Intended states beyond the local draft
1
Review and authorization
The recognized principal mandate binds the exact action, amount and expiry.
2
Seller acceptance and order
Preserve exact offer, service, campaign, tag and accepted attribution-policy versions.
3
Fulfilment and remedy
Separate delivery, service evidence, acceptance, cancellation, return and dispute records.
4
Retained eligible sale
Only an eligible retained sale may enter Nudge allocation under its campaign policy.
Each state needs its own responsible party and evidence. A match, model response or website receipt cannot substitute for it.
Later product or campaign changes must not rewrite the order’s pinned history. Duplicated events, reversals and refunds need explicit accounting. The service provider remains accountable for its accepted commitments.
An exact quote can be rejected. A commitment still needs fulfilment, explicit acceptance and its own invoice/payment records; partial or unresolved acceptance stays visible.
A product twin does not transfer title. Local logs do not issue OFN receipts. An order or accepted result does not establish payment. The originator, issuer, venue operator, chain operator and custodian retain separately specified responsibilities.
Product design, with local illustrative examples. Live inventory, billing, orders, attribution and payouts are not connected.
